Terms and Conditions

 KID ZONE POLICIES Body & Soul Transformation is not a licensed childcare facility and is exempt from licensing pursuant to Health & Welfare Code section 210.211.(9).  Body & Soul Transformation only provides Kid Zone facilities in accordance with the following policies and restrictions:  1. Parent or legal guardian must be on the premises at all times for children to attend the Kid Zone.  2. Children must be on a membership (along with a current photo) and may only be checked in or out by their parent or legal guardian on the same membership. Parents or legal guardians must also have photo on file. Members may not bring cousins, friends or children they are babysitting even if the child is on another membership. Kid Zone facilities are for use by children only when their parent or legal guardian is at the Club. 3. Age limits: 3 years - 12 years old. 4. There is a two-hour maximum for any child. 5. Food is not permitted. Drinks are permissible but must be in labeled spill proof bottles or drink cups with the child's name. 6. Parents are permitted to bring in electronic devices for children. No cloth toys allowed.  7. Wet clothes or swimsuits are not permitted. 8. Children must wear shoes on the floor. Bare feet are not permitted. 9. Staff members do not assist in diapering, toileting, dressing, grooming, bathing, or other personal hygiene. 10. Staff members do not assist with taking medications. We do not store and/or distribute medications. 11. If a Staff member has to wipe a child’s nose more than 3 times, the parent will be called.   12. A child that has, or has had over the past 24 hours, any of the following will not be admitted; Temperature over 99 degrees Fahrenheit, Cold or flu symptoms, Violent/bad cough, etc., Eye or skin irritations, Vomiting, loose stool/diarrhea, etc., Bacterial infection or other contagious diseases, Lice, ringworm, etc. In some cases, it may be necessary to bring a doctor’s verification of wellness before the child may return. 13. If a child cannot be comforted after 10 minutes of crying, the parent will be notified to remove the child. 14. If disciplinary action is necessary, a time out will be given as a temporary measure. If a child continues to present a problem, parents will be asked to remove their child.  15. We reserve the right to refuse the care of any child. Including but not limited to a child who is a danger to themselves and others. 16. A child who requires more care than our staff can provide without compromising the health and safety of others will not be permitted in the daycare area. 17. If Staff members feel that child safety is at risk because of overcrowding, we reserve the right not to admit any more children. 18. No personal video or photography is allowed in daycare area. 19. Body & Soul Transformation is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 20. Body & Soul Transformation is not responsible for accidents. 21. No members under the age of 18 may check a child in or out. 22. Parents should be patient the first few visits and should not leave their child for the maximum time allowed. 23. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a child/family if the above rules are not followed. 24. Criminal background checks will be run on Kid Zone Staff.
