BST Body Pump

A Barbell & Dumbbell Workout, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with a lot of repetition, BST Body Pump will give you a total body workout.


Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is intended as a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. This category includes classes like Zumba®, hip hop and more. All of these classes focus on cardio exercise, but many also incorporate strengthening and toning techniques.


Fit 4 Life

Fit 4 Life is a Beginners & Senior Fitness Class: Full Body Workout that Incorporates: Cardio, Strength Training and Toning, Balance, Dexterity & Stretching.


Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness kickboxing classes focusing on everything from cardio conditioning and elements of dance to self-defense, martial arts. Kickboxing isn’t just a good way to shred calories and build muscles. It also improves balance, coordination, and flexibility. And research suggests cardio kickboxing might help strengthen bones to ward off osteoporosis in the future.


HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training: A one hour class that meets in the SAQ area and utilizes multifunctional equipment and accessories for a full body workout.


Line Dancing

Line dancing: 🕺Reduces stress & depression 🕺Increases energy & serotonin 🕺Improves flexibility, strength, balance, & endurance 🕺Strengthens bones & boosts cardiovascular health 🕺Increases mental capacity by exercising our cognitive processes..


Mobility

A one-hour class designed to stretch, practice, and perform specific bodily postures for balance, flexibility and strength.


Move It

Move It is a full-body low impact workout combining resistance training and aerobics.


Stretch Your Faith

Stretch Your Faith is a mobility and stretching class that focuses on the flexibility of our body, mind, and spirit. Each class starts out with a devotional from God’s Word, moving into breathing techniques, circuits of joint mobility, flowing into patterns of dynamic stretching, and ending with prayer.


Step Up

Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health.


Zumba

Zumba is intended as a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. The music combines the dance styles of cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, samba, hip hop music and tango.
